User agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between Kiss4U ("Service") and the individual using the Service ("User"). By registering with the Service, the User confirms they have read this Agreement and accept it in full.

1. General provisions. The Service gives the User access to dating features: filling out a profile, viewing other users' profiles, exchanging messages, and participating in the level and challenge system. The Service may only be used by individuals aged 18 or older. By registering, the User confirms they are at least 18 years old.

2. Account. The User agrees to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. The User is responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for all actions taken under their account.

3. Rules of conduct. The User agrees to treat other users of the Service with respect. The following are strictly prohibited: insults, harassment, threats, discrimination of any kind, sharing sexual content without the other person's consent, fraud, advertising for third parties, and any other disrespectful tone. The Service is not a hookup platform — its purpose is building real relationships.

4. Moderation and sanctions. The Service may review reports of rule violations. If a violation is confirmed, the Service may temporarily restrict the User's access to its features, or permanently ban the account, without prior notice. If an account is banned for a conduct violation, any funds paid for a subscription or other paid features are not refunded.

5. Paid features. The Service may offer paid plans and features. Payment is made under the terms shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Purchased paid features are provided for the duration of the subscription and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

6. Data processing. The Service processes the User's personal data (including data provided in their profile) to provide dating and matching features, including through algorithms and the AI agent. Certain categories of data (intimate preference answers) are stored encrypted and used solely to compute compatibility.

7. Limitation of liability. The Service is not responsible for the content of conversations between users, for the outcome of in-person meetings arranged through the Service, or for the accuracy of information other users provide in their profiles.

8. Changes to terms. The Service may modify this Agreement. The current version is always available within the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Contact. For any questions about this Agreement, the User may contact the Service's support team.

By ticking "I have read and accept the rules of the service," the User confirms they have read the Agreement in full, understand its terms, and accept them without reservation. The User may withdraw their acceptance of the Agreement in the profile settings; after withdrawal the Service can no longer be used and the profile is to be deleted — a letter to confirm the deletion is sent to the User's email address.
