Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data the Kiss4U dating service (the kiss4u.ru and kiss4u.com websites and the iOS and Android app, the «Service») collects, why, where it is kept, who it is shared with and how to delete it. The Service is for adults aged 18 and over only.

1. What we collect. Your email address and password (stored only as a hash). Your profile: name, gender, date of birth or age, height, body type, what you are looking for, description, interests, languages, psychological test results and — if you turn on astrological matching — date, time and place of birth. Profile photos. Location: in automatic mode, your device's coordinates; in manual mode, the country, city and metro station you choose. What you send in chats: text, photos, voice messages and their transcripts, video notes, stickers. Likes, matches, meetings, posted invitations, availability, date feedback and ratings, requests to the AI agent, reports and blocks. Technical data: IP address, client type and app version, sign-in and last-activity times, push notification token.

2. Why. To run the Service: show profiles, suggest matches and compute compatibility, deliver messages and notifications, arrange meetings. To keep people safe: check photos, text, voice and video messages for prohibited content, handle reports, and protect against fraud, bots and profile scraping. To count anonymous usage statistics. Your data is never sold and never used for advertising.

3. Automated processing. Content moderation and voice transcription are done by machine-learning models running on the Service's own servers; borderline cases are reviewed by a moderator. The AI agent that helps with conversations works only with your separate consent, also on the Service's servers — see «Consent to the processing of personal data by AI» below. Your data is not sent to third-party AI services.

4. Who sees your data. Your profile is shown only to signed-in users, and only under the matching rules; an approximate distance is shown only when both people use automatic location — exact coordinates are never shown to anyone. Conversations are visible to their participants. Moderators see content sent for review, and each such view is logged. Someone you block no longer sees you anywhere in the Service.

5. Who data is shared with. To deliver push notifications — the notification platforms: Apple Push Notification service, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and your browser's push service; a notification carries only the sender's name and the kind of event, never the text of a conversation. Emails (confirmation codes, password resets) are sent from the Service's own mail server. On the website, maps load from OpenStreetMap or Yandex Maps servers. There are no third-party advertising or analytics tools in the Service. Data may be disclosed to public authorities only where the law expressly requires it.

6. Where and how it is stored. Data is stored on the Service's servers in the Russian Federation. Connections are protected by TLS; message texts and sensitive profile fields are additionally encrypted (AES-256-GCM); passwords are stored only as hashes.

7. How long, and how to delete. Data is kept for as long as the account exists. You can delete your account at any time in Settings on the website or in the app; deletion is confirmed through a link sent by email. Once confirmed, your profile, photos, conversations, voice and video messages, balance and AI agent history are permanently deleted. The activity log keeps only a record that a deletion happened, not linked to your account.

8. Your rights. At any time you can view and correct your profile, hide it from search with a pause, withdraw your consent to AI processing, withdraw your acceptance of the terms, and delete your account. You may ask how your data is processed by writing to support@kiss4u.ru, and you may complain to the data protection authority.

9. Children. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. If we find an account belonging to a minor, we delete it.

10. Legal basis and changes. Data is processed on the basis of your consent and to perform the user agreement, in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data». We announce changes to this Policy in the Service; the current version is always at kiss4u.com/privacy. Questions — support@kiss4u.ru.

Consent to the processing of personal data by AI

This Consent to the processing of personal data using artificial intelligence (the “Consent”) is given by an individual using Kiss4U (the “User”) to the Kiss4U service (the “Service”). By ticking the corresponding box, the User confirms having read the terms of this Consent and gives it freely, of their own will and in their own interest.

1. What is processed. The Service runs an AI model hosted on the Service's own servers. With the User's consent the model gets access to the contents of the User's profile (name, age, city, dating goal, description, interests, psychological test results) and to the User's conversations with other people in the Service.

2. Purpose. The data is processed solely to give advice on dating and communication — the «Kiss4U AI agent» and the Service's other AI helpers. The data is not used for advertising, is not sold and is not used for any other purpose.

3. Where the data is processed. The model runs on the Service's servers. The User's data is not passed to third-party AI services to power the AI helpers.

4. Mutuality. Another person's AI helper gets access to the User's messages and to the visible part of the User's profile only if both of them — the User and that person — have given this Consent. Anything the User has hidden from others (for example, test results not marked public) is not available to the other person's AI helpers.

5. Without Consent. This Consent is not a condition of registration. Without it the AI helpers work neither for the User nor with the User: the other person's AI helper does not read the User's messages or profile.

6. Term and withdrawal. The Consent is valid until withdrawn or until the profile is deleted. The User may withdraw the Consent at any time in the profile settings. After withdrawal the AI helpers stop working for and with the User, as described in section 5; the profile, conversations and the rest of the Service remain available. The Consent can be given again.

7. Deletion. When the profile is deleted, the profile, photos, conversations, balance and the history of requests to AI helpers are erased permanently.

8. Legal basis. Personal data is processed on the basis of the data subject's consent under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.
